Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

When returns are accepted

We accept returns only if the item you received is damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised on the website.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review the situation and help resolve it.

When returns are not accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

-If your dog or cat chooses not to use the product

-Gift Cards, Sale, or Custom made products.

-Pre-orders (returns are not accepted within one week of the scheduled shipping date)

Pet preferences vary, so we strongly encourage reviewing product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

How to request a return

To start a return request, please email us at hello@pawffles.co.in within 3 days of delivery.

If your return is approved:

We will share a return shipping label/arrange a pickup. You’ll receive clear instructions on how and where to send the item

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless a wrong or damaged item was sent to you.

Refunds

For eligible cases where a damaged or incorrect item is returned:

We will notify you once we receive and inspect the product. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method/as store credit. 

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
