Shipping timelines vary by product and are always mentioned on the individual product page. Please review the product description before placing your order.
Floofitons are shipped for delivery within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.Car seat Covers are shipped for delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Custom orders and beds typically take 10–15 business days or longer to ship due to their made-to-order nature.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email only after your order has been dispatched. This email includes your tracking number and a tracking link sent to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
To track your shipment, open the tracking link and enter your tracking number. In rare situations, such as oversized parcels or limited staffing at the local post office, you may be contacted and asked to collect the parcel directly ( Please let us know, so we can arrange it to be door delivered, please do not pay anything to delivery partners)
