Are Pawffles products machine washable?

Yes! Most Pawffles pet products are machine washable, making them easy to clean and maintain.

All our products can be washed in a washing machine except the Orthopedic Mattress, which requires spot cleaning or cover cleaning as instructed.

Machine-washable products help pet parents keep their dog beds, sleep mats, and travel covers hygienic and fresh.

Do you customize Pawffles products?

Yes, we do!

All Pawffles products are fully customizable. If you have specific requirements such as:

  • Custom sizing

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At the moment, Pawffles does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be placed through our website using secure online payment methods.

Do you offer returns?

We currently do not offer returns, as most of our products are custom made.

However, we will gladly arrange a replacement if you receive the wrong product or a damaged item.

Please notify us within the approved time frame so we can process the replacement quickly.
