Product Care

All of our products are machine washable (except Orthopaedic Dog beds). 

Here are few tips to keep our products last forever :

  • Use gentle wash cycle on your washing machine. 
  • Soak and cold wash the products. 
  • Sun drying is good for the product and for the environment. 
  • For all products with waterproofing, wipe them down with Vinegar + water solution/disinfectant of your choice. 
  • Put mats/ beds out in the sun once a month. 
  • Vacuum/ dust the bedding as often as you can. 
  • We do not claim any of our products to be chew-proof.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary by product and are always mentioned on the individual product page. Please review the product description before placing your order.

Floofitons are shipped for delivery within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.Most Car seat Covers are shipped for delivery within 5-7 business days /the timelines stated on product page from the date of purchase. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email only after your order has been dispatched. This email includes your tracking number and a tracking link sent to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

To track your shipment, open the tracking link and enter your tracking number. In rare situations, such as oversized parcels or limited staffing at the local post office, you may be contacted and asked to collect the parcel directly ( Please let us know, so we can arrange it to be door delivered, please do not pay anything to delivery partners)
