SHIPPING 

All product descriptions will list shipping timeline (from the date of purchase). For ex- Floofitons are stated to be out for delivery 3-5 days from the date of purchase whereas Custom Orders, Beds take about/more than 10-15 days from the date of purchase. For specifics, please read the product description. 

We send order updates only when the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, tracking information i.e. Tracking number and URL is shared on the email address( sometimes emails land up in Spam/Junk folder) entered while placing the order. We use Speed Post to ship our products so- once you click on the link, please enter the tracking number to know the whereabouts of the parcel. At times, if the parcel is too big and the post office is understaffed, they might call you to come and pick the parcel ( this has happened only 3-4 times till date)

RETURNS

To the sensitive topic, we offer returns ONLY if we have shipped a product that doesn't match the description/as advertised or is damaged. We unfortunately, DO NOT offer returns if your dog/cat does not use the product, thats a calculated risk you will have to evaluate while placing the order.

Cotton Waterproof Dog Car Seat Cover- Extra Long

my fur babies love the new extra long seat covers. It protects and covers the entire rear seating of the car with easy access. We have been using it as a full boot cover too when the rear seats are pulled down. we humans too seem to use it and simply love the comfort and the utility aspect. Kudos to the team!

This is my 2nd car seat cover and my 3rd purchase overall from Pawffles and after the 1st one itself, I knew I'm never turning to any other brand ever because their covers are so thoughtfully designed to make the car ride more comfortable for your dogs, while also being mindful of the needs of the pawrent who has to clean the car and the cover, both. The Stretch me legs more Dog Car Seat Cover has the best of everything Pawffles already offered (sturdy, cute, travel and fold friendly car seat covers with full coverage, waterproof material, mesh parting so air can reach your dog in the back, etc.) PLUS the extended coverage so your dog can stretch out more! The extended coverage comes through 3 removable cushion inserts which in Sparkle's case has helped her in a couple of ways. First, the seat feels flatter because of the cushions, so she felt more at ease sitting on it. Second, the cushions make the cover firmer so she felt more secure. Third, she got a bit of a height boost with the cushion so she could enjoy her views better. And lastly of course, when it was time for her to rest, she could be more at ease because of all the extra space she got. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this and all other things pawffles!

Extra large Car Seat Cover for dogs

This is the best seat cover we have used till now. Before pawffles, we have been using random seat covers which at times snapped, had less space and many other issues, but these covers from pawffles made our life so easy. Must have for all pet parents..
